ABOUT ME

IMG_4839_edited.jpg

I started out as one of those skinny kids who have a 'fast metabolism', had trouble putting on weight, had to force feed, always felt uncomfortable in my skin and I always looked up to the ones who had made a great physique. But it was more than that....

The mindset required to attain such results is the most intriguing, satisfying thing you can do, or work towards.

You start to feel more confident, healthier, more driven, EVERYTHING is impacted in a profound way, that can only be experienced once you start.

Starting training was the best thing I decided to do, in fact, I wish I started earlier. My approach to developing my physique was not about sacrificing my life to be in the gym every day, it was about balance, the mindset development, becoming the best version of of me, and ultimately having fun with it. Which is what Im going to show you how to do.

I want to share with you my philosophy, and show you that YOU too can attain a great physique, develop your mindset to become the best version of you all whilst having fun and enjoying life.

My lifts skyrocketed during my first few years of training... This was due to having a proper, well-structured training program, along with knowing the right information in terms of how to train & nutrition.

My lifts were all sub 50kg when I first started, I managed to deadlift 180kg around 9 months into training, then at the 12-month mark, I deadlift 220kg (5 plates). So I set a goal to get 6 plates (260kg) for my 2nd year. which I did, along with squatting my old deadlift max of 180kg. How? Proper nutrition and training...

There is no secrets, INTENSITY is the number 1 driver for muscle gain.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Some people think you’re just a narcissist, or ‘You’re obsessed’, which may seem to look like the case from other people’s perspectives; mainly the ones who don’t exercise. However, there’s more to fitness than just‘get big’.

You don’t need to be training every day, restricting yourself from certain foods, missing out on events with friends in fear of falling off track. You can achieve a great physique from just training 3 times per week.

INTENSITY is what gets you results, along with consistency. It's as simple as that.

Attaining results really isn’t that hard, many fitness gurus tend to overcomplicate things… just stick to the basics and strive for progressive overload each workout. Consistency is key, yet so many people are quick to judge someone’s results and claim that someone is using steroids, or they just have good genetics’ for having such results. Genetics will only take you so far, it's the work ethic and consistency that will yield you the results and change over time.

Attaining a great physique doesn’t happen by accident, otherwise, everyone would be walking around like 'Greek gods'. I’m here to cut the bulls**t and offer the necessary information, without the cookie-cutter fad programs out there.
