MY 1 YEAR TRANSFORMATION
I lost it all, I was tired of how I looked.
I lost my self, had low confidence, no drive, no purpose. I was drinking more than 'in moderation'.
I simply lost my self.
So I decided to put in the effort & make a change, a comeback.
I wanted to get in the best shape of my life, even whilst gyms (at the time) were closing/reopening multiple times. I stayed proactive. I trained at home using bodyweight, and a little Dumbbell.
Yes I was limited, yes it wasn't ideal, but I wanted it, I wanted the change. I wanted a substantial change. I pretty much hated that I had to train at home to be honest, yet I persisted.
And that Is why I want to share my philosophy, so that I can help others, and show you the habits that I practiced to do it - For those can't seem to make that change...
This isn't just about physical appearance or bragging...
It's about the MINDSET shift I had and the person I became, which you can read about here.
*including my previous journey when I first started lifting, and how I got so strong so fast, and philosophy.
This is my lockdown transformation, 1 year after the dark pit I was in.

Who is this coaching for?
This is for anyone who wants to not only change physically, but mentally. This is about getting in the best shape of your life, whilst also improving daily habits and overall lifestyle. Once you see the results you won't ever want to go back. Reaching your higher self and feeling fulfilled in life to live the life of your dreams.
How long would it take to see results?
There will be noticeable change within the first few weeks/first month. Anywhere from 3-6 months is where you will see significant change. This is why I advise my clients to commit to this for at least 3 months.
Do I need equipment?
No, if you do not have equipment you can train at home with bodyweight and make substantial progress by this alone.
How often will be training regimen be changed?
Changes may be made every week. You can tell me how training is going and I will make adjustments based on your preferences/feedback.
Will my diet and meal plan be changed alongwith training?
Yes, macros intake and adjustments to your nutrition plan will be made when necessary.
What if I am/get injured
Inform me and adjustments will be made to work around the issue. You can also pause your coaching service temporarily if it is serious.
Cancellation policy
Online coaching is non-refundable. You can cancel coaching by contacting me via email or phone. Alternatively you can cancel your direct debit if you wish to part ways.
